Police Records Request

If you would like to request copies of records from the Umatilla Police Department please fill out the fields below and an email will be sent to the office administrator with your request. Provide as much detail as possible as this will help us to locate the records. Include a means of contact so you can be notified when the records are ready to be released, if there are follow up questions, and so you can be advised of required fees. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the your request was sent.

Additionally, you may print a records request form and mail it, or bring it to the police department.
