Homemade Salsa Contest
Entries open to the public
FREE ENTRY
Rules:
1. All Entries must be turned in by 12 pm on June 24, 2023
2. Only ONE (2) entry per person.
3. All salsas must be homemade and fresh. No canned salsas will be permitted.
4. Please have at least one quart of your salsa in a food-safe container.
DO NOT include your name on the container.
5. Salsas will be judged by the public. Tasting will be from 1 pm to 4 pm. Scorecards will be available at the Salsa Booth.
6. Salsas will be judged based on taste, texture, aroma, appearance, and spice.
7. You will be assigned a number on the day of the event. Winners are announced around 5 pm
