City Council Position #6 - Council President Roak TenEyck
I’ve lived in Umatilla for the last 30+ years. My children went to school here. I work and play here. I love to hunt, fish, boat, and camp. So, Umatilla is the perfect place to call home.
As a youngster, growing up on a family farm, I learned fair and balanced conservative values like hard work, honesty, and integrity. Just to name a few.
In my 30s, I began to take an interest in politics. Since my first appointment to City Council, many years ago, I have had the opportunity to bring positive changes to the Umatilla community. Jobs, quality of life, and a safe place to raise a family are just a few of the priorities I focus on. Looking for guidance from above is my Cornerstone.
One of the many things about Umatilla that I truly love, is the warm and friendly people who live here. We are not just a small, but growing community, we are family!
