Streets Division

The Street Division maintains all public roads within the city with the exception of 6th Street, Highway 730, Highway 395, and I-82, which are owned and maintained by the Oregon Department of Transportation. The Street Division employs two exceptional employees whom provide snow removal and minor preventative maintenance of over 18.5 miles of roadway. These responsibilities inlcude striping, roadway signage, and maintenance of oversight of City -owned curb, gutter, and street lighting. The mission of the Streets Department is to provide street infrastructure and maintenance in the most effective and efficient manner street and sidewalk maintenance, street sweeping, signing and painting,  snow and ice removal, and emergency response control for the safety and convenience of citizens and visitors.
