Rock the Locks Community Meeting

The City of Umatilla wishes to invite you, your neighbors, and the community to the second Rock the Locks Music Festival Community Informational Open House on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 6:00pm hosted by the City of Umatilla.
We will review and discuss general information about the upcoming 3-day music festival taking place on the back-9 of the Umatilla Big River Golf Course on October 6th-8th, 2023. All attendees at this open house will have the opportunity to ask questions about the event, share concerns, make suggestions, and/or voice any other related items related to this event.
This meeting is the second of a series of public meetings to answer questions and discuss the Rock the Locks Music Festival. To see previous meeting information and to see any updated information posted over the next six months, please visit:
