Communications and Outreach Specialist

The City of Umatilla is recruiting for a Communications and Outreach Specialist. This position requires an Associate Degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related field (Bachelors Degree preferred) OR the equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, marketing, advertising, or journalism; two years of experience in community outreach, communication, marketing, or journalism (municipal or nonprofit experience preferred); one year experience in executive-level administrative support; and the ability to obtain an Oregon Notary within the first year. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. 

Salary $60,252 - $76,860/yr. DOQ plus excellent benefits. Applicants must turn in a cover letter, resume, and City of Umatilla application.
